Priced by the standard banker's box. If the lid fits flush on the box, the flat rate applies.

The Sorting Box

$75 / box

Best for: Old files, past years' tax receipts, and historical family records.

Service:
Pure organization. We sort the papers chronologically, place them into labeled hanging folders, and return a neat, organized box.

The Action Box

$300 / box

Best for: Unopened mail, current bills, tax notices, and active paperwork.

Service:
Triage and planning. We separate "Action Required" items from "Archive" items and provide a 1-page summary checklist of immediate deadlines and tasks.
Comprehensive

The Resolution Box

$950 / box

Best for: Heavy business backlog, unfiled insurance claims, or transition periods.

Service:
Full-service structuring. We organize the data, build the task templates, map the recurring leaks, and draft the required dispute or response letters for you to mail.

For clutter that exceeds a box. You clear a walking path, and we measure the footprint (Length x Width x Height of the clutter piles). Priced by the cubic foot.

Digital File Sorting

You share a messy Google Drive or Desktop folder.

Service:
We take up to 500 loose files, build a clean folder structure, and rename them so you can find them.

Email Inbox Clearing

$150 / 1,000 emails

We log into your inbox and clean the slate.

Service:
We unsubscribe you from marketing lists, set up automatic folders, and isolate the truly important emails into an "Action Required" folder.

Document Scanning

$150 / physical box

High-speed duplex digitization for organized paperwork.

Service:
Once a physical box is organized, if you want it entirely scanned and saved to a flash drive, we charge a flat fee per box using our high-speed scanner.

I spent my early career tracking down hidden assets and auditing complex documentation. When you spend years untangling corporate complexity, you learn exactly how administrative architecture either protects capital or leaks it.

I founded Midas Touch because I noticed that standard households and local businesses were suffering from the exact same structural leaks as major firms—they just didn't have a dedicated systems architect to fix the pipes.
